Kanye and his Punk azz is being sued.....For stealing the "Good life" *GASP*

TMZ reports: In a rambling lawsuit filed in Maryland District Court, Dayna Staggs (aka D'Mystro) is suing Kanye -- and his record label, Roc-a-Fella -- for copyright infringement. Staggs says that West "didn't obtain a license to use 'Volume of Good Life'" for his tune, and points out that Kanye was "only at the age of 6 or 7 years of age [sic]" when his song was written. D'Mystro is also peeved because Kanye's song "contains vulgar and offensive" images and "harms the reputation" of his much cleaner song. He wants 85% of all world sales of the proceeds from the music that uses his work, though he doesn't explain how he came up with that number. Kanye's label hasn't returned a message seeking comment.

I believe it!! let me stop I believe everything i see on the Internet. NOT!! I'll let y'all formulate your own opinions....I just want to know WHY the hell 85%??? I would have asked for 92% cause they number is RANDOM (just like this law suit)....

Foster was "domineering" and displayed her trademark "Tameka wrath" during a video shoot for Usher's new song, "Love in the Club," the weekend of March 15 in LA. Our on-set source said Foster was upset when she found out stunning singer/songwriter Keri Hilson was personally picked by Usher to play his love interest in the video. "It was supposed to be a sexy video shoot," our spy said. "And Tameka was there the entire time guarding like a watchdog. It was ridiculous - she knows Keri and knows she's no video ho or Karrine Steffans." Steffans, nicknamed "Superhead," wrote the book, "Video Vixen," about her alleged flings with Usher and several other artists. "Tameka is very insecure," our source said. "Even in rehearsals she was weird and clearly not happy that Keri is so gorgeous. Tameka threw a lot of attitude. The day of the shoot, Tameka dressed Keri very badly - she looked like an extra. Tameka wouldn't let Keri have her hairdresser there - she had to use the hairdresser who was doing the extras." -source

I NEVER expect to be allowed the chance to EVER interview Puffy or any of his Posse of Teen band members because i have nothing but evil random and downright ignorant trash to always say about them. ESPECIALLY when Puffy goes out and makes shirts such as THIS. I guess you can say I have burnt this bridge before it was even thought of being built. These shirts only intensify my dislike and utter disinterest in anything puffy says because i don't believe that someone who exemplifies the very meaning of B!tcheassness should make t-shirt protesting the action of a B!tch azz person.

Further more to have your Toy Soldiers out there picketing these same contradicting shirts concludes my debate on why puffy is in him self a B!tchassnigga....
